Feedback is more than a conversation. It shapes how a team learns, collaborates and navigates difference.

In cultural contexts, feedback often becomes particularly complex. Artistic investment, unclear roles, emotions and personal preferences constantly run through each other.

In this online reflection circle, we explore together what feedback culture actually means: where it gets stuck, what makes it difficult, and what conditions are needed to connect honesty and collaboration.
