The work focuses on the tensions that emerge when people try to create, collaborate and make decisions together: questions of participation, leadership, ownership, feedback culture and collective responsibility.
Drawing on fifteen years of experience as an artist, organiser and cultural leader, Sara combines sector knowledge with Deep Democracy methodology to help groups surface what is often present but rarely discussed.
Possible formats include team conversations, collective reflection sessions, workshops, observation and diagnosis, and longer guidance trajectories.
